We strive to deliver all projects within agreed timelines. However, delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by client feedback, third-party services, or unforeseen circumstances shall not constitute a breach of these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CookData shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Website
• Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
